Project Description: The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Division of Financial Management (DFM) is responsible for the financial operations of the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE). DFM assists the Bureau and its mission by providing specialized financial support and guidance. To meet its fiscal, operational, and public service objectives, DFM contracted IBS to assist the DFM in performing daily accounting operations support services.  Functional areas include, but are not limited to, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable (A/P) Processing, Financial Reporting and Administrative Support.
