Project Description: IBS provides financial management and strategic planning services to the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC). This advisory and consulting support includes an engagement to support the Strategic Systems Management Office in operationalizing the organizational strategic plan, by assisting in the development of business processes, implementing technology solution, defining performance measures and clarify organizational roles and responsibilities. Additionally, we support the finance office in performing an organizational assessment for the Office of the CFO and providing CFO advisory services. Our advisory services also include project management, fiscal and budget process reviews, accounting and financial operations reviews, and procurement management support. IBS under this initiative, assists WSSC review program performance and operating policies, procedures and processes to identify areas for improvement, develop methods and approaches in evaluating programs and outcomes, improve budget preparation and execution processes, and improve accounting operations.
