Project Description: IBS provides a range of services, including CFO – financial statement preparation and audit readiness, budget development and long-range financial planning, fraud and forensic audit, business process improvements and other strategic advisory and consulting services to East Orange Water Commission in New Jersey. These services include project management, fiscal and budget process reviews, accounting and financial operations reviews, and general financial management support. We also review program performance and operating policies and procedures and processes to identify areas for improvement, develop methods and approaches in evaluating programs and outcomes, review budget preparation and execution processes for efficiency and effectiveness, and accounting operations internal controls to identify risks and vulnerabilities associated with unauthorized systems access and processing of transactions. IBS also assisted in the review of certain grants to ensure compliance with all grant requirements.
